We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Engineer - RF Data Links to join our client on a 12‑month assignment. As the Lead Systems Engineer - RF Data Links you will be responsible for the development and delivery of an RF data link system within a weapons system program. Role Lead Systems Engineer - RF Data Links Pay 85 per hour via Umbrella Location Stevenage or Bristol Contract 12 Months Hours Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week Security Clearance Security Clearance required to start Responsibilities Requirements definition and management Systems design methodologies Work package management Technical leadership of junior engineers Managing internal suppliers, and external suppliers Managing customer stakeholders Leading design reviews across the product lifecycle Experience with proving and validation Experience working within an international team Managing Technical Risks Skillset/experience required The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC clearance. Understand RF communication principals and design. Have experience managing project timescales and deliverables and providing technical leadership to a small engineering team. Good interaction skills, verbal and written communication are essential.
