Our client has an opportunity for a Technical Author to join them on a contract basis for 6-months. The ideal candidate will have a talent for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging documentation. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create and maintain high-quality materials that support our products and users. Role: Technical Author Location: Stevenage. 2/3 days onsite, however must be flexible if more are needed Hours: 37 per week Clearance: BPSS required to start, full SC to follow Hourly Rate: Up to £50 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35 depending on experience Travel: Some UK travel will be required What you'll be doing: Write, edit, and maintain technical documents, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and online help resources.
