Our client has an opportunity for a Senior Engineer- Hardware in the Loop to join them on a contract basis for 6 months with possible extension.
Hourly Rate: £55 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
As a HWIL engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing RF equipment and working with multi-disciplinary teams to combine RF, electronics engineering and software development to produce new capabilities that enable HWIL to run new simulations:
- Produce new RF targets for missiles to track
- Simulated ECM testing
- Root cause analysis
- Design, development, integration
You will be able to adapt to new engineering situations and be comfortable in abstracting detail in order to understand the simulation and missile's behaviour.
- Radio Frequency design or testing
