Our client is currently looking for applications from suitably qualified candidates wanting to become part of their successful aircraft engine wash operation based at London Gatwick. The aircraft engine Wash Technician will assist in servicing customer engines at Airports in the UK South. You will be required to work 'airside' as part of a team of experienced wash technicians operating a state-of-the-art on-wing aircraft engine wash system and therefore you will need to provide a 5-year checkable work history to satisfy the airport authorities.

To be successful in your application you will need to be able to satisfy the following:
- At least 3 years' experience of mechanic/fitter work in aviation, preferably airside
- A working knowledge of aircraft engines is preferred
- Flexible in working times and locations (days/night/weekend work)
- Strong team player who can perform independently and reliably
- Must hold a full valid UK Driver's license that preferably includes the C1E category
- Holding an aircraft mechanics 'A' license would be a plus.
- You will be required to already hold the rights to live and work in the UK, you should be able to obtain a current DBS check and be able to pass airside security checks to obtain an airside security pass.
