The predicted salary is between 27820 - 27820 £ per year.

Our client has an opportunity for an Interviewer/Assessor to join them on a permanent basis. As an Interviewer/Assessor, you will be responsible for the implementation of both physical and psychometric assessment activities under strict test conditions. The application of a detailed marking guide to ensure candidates are graded in accordance with their ability.

Location: Woking - fully onsite

Clearance: Must be able to qualify for BPSS security requirements

Salary: 27,820 + Night Allowance of 85.95 per night

Hours: 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period. This will include overnight chaperone and on call duties once per week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Briefing and delivering all cognitive assessment activities under test conditions
  • Contributing to an un-biased test environment for all assessment activities
  • Assessing candidates against fixed criteria
  • Providing feedback on a candidate’s performance at assessment, their assessment outcome and their next steps in the recruitment process
  • Conducting individual career discussions with candidates
  • Writing accurate reports to assist recruiters and Basic Training Instructors to understand the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses

Requirements:

  • Interview experience preferred
  • Great people skills
  • Full driving license
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • The ability to nurture and mentor candidates
  • IT proficiency
