On behalf of our global aircraft modifications client, we are currently recruiting a Mechanical Stress Engineer primarily to deliver structural substantiation documentation for interior modifications and associated interfaces to demonstrate compliance with relevant regulatory and customer requirements and procedures defined in the company’s Design Organization Handbook.

Location: Frimley, Surrey
Employment Type: Contract 12 months, inside IR35
Working time: Mon - Friday only
Package: Competitive hourly Rate, Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Scope of Role
- Primary focus: Delivery of substantiation documentation for aircraft interior modifications (seating, monuments, LOPAs, PSUs, LRUs, etc.)
- Reporting line: Structures Engineering Manager
- Collaboration: Work with global engineering teams across multiple time zones
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a contracted technical resource reporting to the Structures Engineering Manager and collaborating with global engineering teams to identify certification requirements.
