As a Software Engineer, you will join a team developing solutions for the next generation of Air Defence Systems, delivering innovative products with a strong focus on safety, performance and dependability. Role: Software Engineer - C++ / Qt Pay: 65 per hour via Umbrella Contract: Monday- Friday, 37 Hours per week, 12 month contract Location: Bristol IR35 Status: Inside Security Clearance: SC to start, UK Eyes only project Responsibilities Develop a new software Console product using modern software architecture. Take ownership of the development while working within a wider engineering team. Work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through to testing and automated proving. Produce clear technical documentation and ensure software integrates effectively with the wider system. Apply software engineering best practice and identify opportunities to improve development processes. Essential Requirements/Skills/Experience Strong software engineering background with experience in C++ and Qt. Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
