Role: Site Security Project Support

  • Pay: £28.53 per hour via Umbrella
  • Contract: 36 hours per week, 36 months contract
  • Location: Belfast - Fully onsite
  • IR35: Inside
  • SC Clearance: BPSS

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage Physical Security Project enablement across the UK Strategic Projects.
  • You will be supporting the Physical Security Operations team with the delivery of all services to the business including, Security Operations, Security Systems, Fire Fighting, Emergency Response and Fire Safety.
  • Assist with the continuous development of the Security service provision to the business by checking, auditing, collating and analysing reviews to understand root causes of failures in order to identify service improvements. Implement those improvements and assess the results.
  • You will assist the Head of Site Security and Site Security Managers with the running of the daily SQCDP meeting, ensuring that all actions are captured on the tracker and actions are identified with owners and tracked through to resolution.
  • You will be responsible for compiling the weekly KPI report for each site and ensuring that these are available prior to the weekly KPI meeting.
  • Assist & support in the management of Security, Systems & Fire Service Providers.
  • Assist & support with the management of Security, Systems & Fire risks and Issues through the relevant systems & tools
  • Assist & support with the implementation of Fire & Emergency Response.
  • Assist & support with providing appropriate security, Systems & fire input into event and project planning and implementation.
  • Lead Capex on a project basis.
  • Active Risk Management (ARM) central coordinator
  • You will be responsible for EHS - 11 Point Plan upkeep
  • Assist the Site Security and Systems Manager with the performance management of the supplier inline with all contractual documentation.
  • Assist the Fire and Operations Manager with the performance management of the supplier inline with all contractual documentation.

Requirements:

  • Project Management training (2 years)
  • A background in business administration or operational support.
  • Experience of auditing, process confirmation, root cause and analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work flexibly and an adaptable approach to daily activities is essential.

Desirable:

  • Experience of managing a contractor is desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of KPIs and SLAs.
  • Comprehensive experience in computer skills - G-SUITE and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with managing a security contractor is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to travel and at short notice
