On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit Safety, Health & Environmental Compliance Advisor on an initial 12 – month contract. As the Safety, Health & Environmental Compliance Advisor you will play a crucial role in the department ensuring that they create a safer, healthier, and more sustainable work environment, ultimately enhancing productivity and corporate reputation. Role: Safety, Health & Environmental Compliance Advisor Pay: £40 per hour Umbrella Location: Bristol, Stevenage or Bolton Contract: Monday- Friday, 37 Hours per week, 12 Months Contract IR35 Status: Inside Security Clearance: BPSS, SC will be required, UK Essential Responsibilities * Contribute to the development, maintenance and delivery of the SHE Integrated Management System across the UK business incorporating corporate SHE requirements to meet the needs of the business and to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards * Liaise with the site SHE Advisors to assist in the implementation of the SHE management systems across the business * Promote awareness for SHE in order to deliver health awareness and a proactive safety culture * Develop an annual audit program for the business and carry out periodic audits of the SHE management system/arrangements for effectiveness and compliance * Monitor/audit operational risk management and mitigation with respect to SHE, establishing targets and identifying areas for improvement * Maintain and update the legal register and ident…
