Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead root cause analysis on component failures and develop effective corrective actions
  • Monitor and report on key reliability KPIs (e.g. removals per 1000 hours, NFF, FOF, LTU rates)
  • Develop retrofit plans and improvement strategies to enhance component reliability
  • Produce technical presentations and reports for senior leadership, customers, and suppliers
  • Collaborate with OEMs, MROs and supply chain partners to improve component performance and on-wing life
  • Investigate repetitive defects and propose engineering solutions

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and reliability performance

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience within aviation, MRO, or aerospace engineering environments
  • Experience with Airbus & Boeing aircraft platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reliability engineering
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation (e.g. CMMs, drawings, manuals, specifications)
  • Proven experience conducting root cause analysis on failed components and deliver practical solutions
  • Ability to collect, organise, synthesise, analyse data, summarise findings, develop conclusions and recommendations from different data sources
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
