Our client has an opportunity for an experienced PBH (Power by the Hour) Customer Service Executive to join them on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established OEM in aircraft manufacture, providing class leading MRO support. As a Customer Service Executive within the PBH team, you\’ll be integral to managing and supporting customer accounts, ensuring the seamless delivery of aircraft parts and services. Role: PBH Customer Service Executive Location: London & South East (Onsite only) Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri Days only. IR35 Status: Inside Hourly Rate: tbc Contract Position 12 Months Responsibilities will include * Managing customer requirements and coordinating orders. * Negotiating and procuring parts, interfacing with other departments to ensure timely delivery. * Following up on credit notes and invoice queries. * Coordinating contractual review meetings with customers. * Monitoring operational performance data against contractual targets. * Exceeding customer expectations and company standards. * Creating and updating Customer Procedure Sheets. * Addressing customer queries, escalating as necessary, and providing regular feedback. * Utilising quality systems to identify and address process failures, implementing necessary Experience required * Experience of working within the aircraft component industry * Demonstrate collaboration and are effective team players. * Possess attention to detail, ensuring accurate information delivery. * Are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Enjoy problem-solving, often requiring team input. * Have proven customer-facing experience, showcasing negotiation skills. * Exhibit confident communication abilities.
