Our client has an opportunity for a Sports Centre Duty Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the site, developing customer relationships and ensuring the safety of clients.
Location: Moreton-In-Marsh
Salary: £28,000
Hours:
- Week 1: You will work Monday - Friday from 5.45am - 1.45pm
- Week 2: You will work 4 weekdays from 1.30pm - 9.30pm
What you'll be doing:
- Develop customer relationships, creating a quality customer experience within the centre.
- Ensure the highest standard of customer care & service delivery is achieved within the centre.
- Deal with complaints and issues in an appropriate way and try to resolve situations.
- Assist in the management of the centre in a safe way that ensures that all customers and staff are able to use the centre with minimal risk to their Health & Safety.
- Lead by example in all areas of the building, ensuring the centre is a clean, safe environment for both staff & customers.
- You will also provide visible leadership to all centre staff ensuring they are skilled & motivated to complete daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Be in possession or in the process of gaining an RLSS NPLQ qualification
- Level 2 gym instructor qualification
- Recognized 2-day first aid at work
- A CIMSPA pool plant operator's certificate
- You will be required to obtain an enhanced DBS certificate as part of our vetting process
