Role Overview On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a T400 Stress Engineer on an initial 12‑month contract. You will be operating as a Stress Engineer within the Broughton Wing Plant Engineering Team working alongside existing stress analysts. Role Details * Title: T400 Stress Engineer (Night Shift) * Pay: £46 - £52 per hour via Umbrella + shift allowance * Location: Broughton / Filton * Contract: Monday to Thursday 8:45 pm – 6:00 am, 12‑month contract * IR35 Status: Inside * Security Clearance: BPSS Responsibilities * Perform static structural analysis on both composite and metallic structures. * Analyse and validate metallic, composites/hybrids at component level for static strength, FDT, and produce relevant strength margins or reserve factors according to validated methods & sizing processes. * Provide stress analyses for the repair/acceptance of metallic, composites/hybrids structures. * Ensure airworthiness requirements for aircraft structures. Essential Skills * Ideally held T400 Concessions Approval previously. * Experience with other aircraft, military aircraft or product knowledge. Desirable Skills * Open to candidates who don't hold an approval but have relevant stress and/or concessions experience.
