Our client is seeking an Electrical Engineering Trainer to join their team in Gosport. Role: Electrical Engineering Trainer
Location: Gosport, fully onsite
Hours: Term Time Only, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: 42,000 Pro Rata
Security Clearance: BPSS required prior to starting
The Role: As an Electrical Engineering Trainer, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging and effective training programmes across the Marine Engineering Electrical Training Group. You’ll combine your technical expertise with mentoring and coaching skills to help learners achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering Electrical Marine Engineering training in line with established training plans and operating procedures.
- Supporting learners throughout their training journey, providing guidance, coaching and constructive feedback.
- Assessing coursework and monitoring learner progress to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintaining and updating training materials and documentation to ensure training remains relevant and effective.
