We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Controller to be based in Manchester. This role acts as the central coordination point between Line Stations, third-party maintenance providers and pilots to ensure safe and reliable daily operations. Please note that this role is open only to candidates who already have the right to live and work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
Job Role: Maintenance Controller
Location: Didsbury, Manchester
Salary Package Incl Shift: £78,000 per annum
Permanent Opportunity: Full time working a 5/5/4 shift pattern covering days and nights, guaranteeing two weekends off each month.
In addition, exceptional main airline benefits include:

Responsibilities:
- Manages scheduled and unscheduled Line Maintenance activities, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and maintenance programme requirements.
- Controls and monitors Acceptable Deferred Defects (ADDs), driving timely rectification and coordinating required spares, tooling and documentation.
- Supports aircraft recovery through technical guidance.
