About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven individual to start or develop their career within private jet charter. This role would suit someone at the beginning of their sales career, or an individual with experience in customer service, hospitality, recruitment, travel, luxury service, aviation, or another client‑facing environment who is looking to move into a fast‑paced commercial role. Working closely with experienced brokers, you will receive hands‑on training, support, and mentorship while learning how to manage private jet charter enquiries from initial enquiry through to flight completion.
Responsibilities
- Support senior brokers with private jet charter enquiries and day‑to‑day client requirements
- Learn the full private jet charter process from enquiry through to flight completion
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, approved aircraft operators, and industry suppliers
- Assist with sourcing aircraft availability and obtaining charter quotations from approved operators
- Prepare client quotations, proposals, and charter documentation
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through research, networking, outbound prospecting, and lead generation
- Develop a strong understanding of aircraft types, airport capabilities, charter procedures, and industry regulations
- Monitor flights and support operational activities to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and reporting systems
- Work closely with colleagues across sales and operations to deliver exceptional customer service
- Represent the business professionally at client meetings, networking events, industry exhibitions, and company functions when required
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, luxury travel, aviation, or another client‑facing environment would be advantageous
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated by personal and professional development
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Resilient and capable of working under pressure
- Professional, personable, and customer‑focused approach
- Comfortable speaking with clients, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional out‑of‑hours support when required

Desirable
- Fluency in a second language would be advantageous but is not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Previous exposure to aviation, travel, luxury service, recruitment, sales, or client relationship management
