Our client has an opportunity for a Lineside Engineer to join them on a contract basis for 12 months with possible extension. Working directly on the shopfloor, you will resolve production issues, support quality investigations, manage non-conformances and drive continuous improvement activities to ensure efficient assembly.
Location: Broughton, Flintshire. Fully onsite
Hourly Rate: 40.13 + shift allowance - Via an Umbrella company, inside IR35
Clearance: BPSS required prior to starting
Hours: Double day shift pattern (alternating weeks)
- Week of mornings - 6:00am - 1:10pm
- Week of afternoons - 1:30pm - 8:40pm
20% shift uplift OR Nightshift Night shift - 30% shift allowance on top of hourly rate Monday to Thursday 8:45pm - 6:00am
What you’ll be doing:
- Disruption Management-Daily / on shift line side: Support in identifying NC on the shopfloor.
- Support in assessing the need for creating NCs and NC Notifications.
- Support on filling.
