We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Engineer - RF Data Links to join our client on a 12‑month assignment. As the Lead Systems Engineer - RF Data Links you will be responsible for the development and delivery of an RF data link system within a weapons system program.

Responsibilities
- Requirements definition and management
- Systems design methodologies
- Work package management
- Technical leadership of junior engineers
- Managing internal suppliers, and external suppliers
- Managing customer stakeholders
- Leading design reviews across the product lifecycle
- Experience with proving and validation
- Experience working within an international team
- Managing Technical Risks
Skillset/experience required
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC clearance.
- Understand RF communication principals and design.
- Have experience managing project timescales and deliverables and providing technical leadership to a small engineering team.
- Good interaction skills, verbal and written communication are essential.
