Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain specialist to join them on a contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to join an established Aircraft OEM providing class leading MRO support. As an Internal Supply Chain Specialist, you\βll be working directly with a major airline based at LHR managing aircraft component repair cycles. You\βll be working with both the client airline and with representatives of component suppliers & repairers ensuring the seamless delivery of aircraft parts and services. This role is fully onsite. Role: Internal Supply Chain Specialist (Aviation) Location: London Heathrow Airport Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri IR35 Status: Inside Hourly Rate: tbc Contract Position 12 Months (extension/perm possible) Responsibilities will include * Managing customer requirements and coordinating orders. * Negotiating and procuring parts, interfacing with other departments to ensure timely delivery. * Monitoring operational performance data against contractual targets. * Exceeding customer expectations and company standards. * Creating and updating Customer Procedure Sheets. * Addressing customer queries, escalating as necessary, and providing regular feedback. * Utilising quality systems to identify and address process failures. Experience required Experience of working within an airline supply chain or from the aircraft component industry, PBH knowledge desirable. Knowledge of working with MS Excel to a high standard, V look ups and pivot tables is mandatory Demonstrate collaboration and are effective team players. Possess attention to detail, ensuring accurate information delivery. Are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Enjoy problem-solving, often requiring team input. Have proven customer-facing experience, showcasing negotiation skills. Exhibit confident communication abilities.
