Our client has an opportunity for a HEMS Pilot to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of mission-critical helicopter services to the air ambulance, police and offshore sectors. Role: HEMS Pilot Location: Norwich, Norfolk Hours: Full time / Permanent Security Clearance: Must be able to achieve SC clearance. Responsibilities: You will be operating on the H145 D3 and offers varied and challenging flying across a range of disciplines including HEMS and NVIS operations.Essential Requirements: 1000 hours pilot in command of aircraft of which 500 hours is pilot in command on twin turbine helicopteror 1000 hours as co-pilot in HEMS operations of which 500 hours is as pilot in command under supervision and 100 hours pilot in command of twin turbine helicopters. 2000 hours minimum total helicopter experience. 500 hours operating experience in twin turbine helicopters in an operational environment similar to the intended operation. 20 hours VMC at night as pilot in command. Current or Recent HEMS experience. Have experience of flight with Night Vision Goggles.Qualifications Required: Hold a UK ATPL(H) Fluent English, Driving License, Passport, Right to Work in the UK Be qualified and instrument rated on the EC145.
