The predicted salary is between 55 - 55 £ per hour.
Our client has an opportunity for a Senior Engineer- Hardware in the Loop to join them on a contract basis for 6 months with possible extension.
Location: Stevenage, fully onsite
Hourly Rate: 55 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
Clearance: SC required before starting
What you’ll be doing:
- As a HWIL engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing RF equipment.
- Working with multi-disciplinary teams to combine RF, electronics engineering and software development to produce new capabilities that enable HWIL to run new simulations.
- Produce new RF targets for missiles to track, simulated ECM testing, root cause analysis, design, development, integration.
- You will be able to adapt to new engineering situations and be comfortable in abstracting detail in order to understand the simulation and missile’s behaviour.
