Line Up Aviation is assisting a client to recruit a HR Advisor on a 6 month contract.

The role is 21 hours per week and fully onsite at the Broughton location, with BPSS clearance to start and SC to follow.

You will support HRBPs, manage employee lifecycle data in HR systems (Workday/SAP), and provide procedural guidance for HR policies.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years HR experience, are highly organized, and can work independently or with the team to maintain data integrity and timely HR
