Due to an internal move our client has an opportunity to join their Maintenance Control Team as a Fleet Performance Engineer.

This role manages and develops the preventative maintenance programme and leads the airline's predictive maintenance philosophy for their fleet of Embraer E190 aircraft. With a focus on the highest levels of aircraft reliability, this role helps ensure that our client carries their passengers safely, and on time, to their desired destination.

Using multiple data sources, you will identify the maintenance tasks, outside or scheduled maintenance programme, required to keep our fleet flying without interrupting our scheduled operations. These requirements will be communicated to our line and base engineering teams using Engineering Technical Requirements and work instructions, in a timely manner to address repetitive, latent, and active aircraft defects.
