On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Design Integrator on an initial contract until 15th December 2026. The successful applicant must have a design background, as they will support technical design investigations within the team for improvement projects and will act as the main interface for the team to the key stakeholders - namely the Operations management teams and key engineering stakeholders. The role will provide an excellent opportunity for a committed person to further develop their technical and leadership skills in a positive and supportive team environment. They will also develop relationships with functions such as Manufacturing Engineering to promote a true co-design ethos.

Pay: Up to 52 per hour Via Umbrella
Location: Broughton - fully onsite
Contract: Monday- Friday, 35 Hours per week
IR35 Status: Inside

Responsibilities:
- Lead improvement projects and activities through the LBIP process, ensuring the technical solutions are right first time.
- Act as the main interface between Engineering and Operations, ensuring co-design solutions which are suitable for the industrial system whilst maintaining an engineering, and most importantly, a customer perspective.
- Provide proactive product improvements that support modifications to reduce Recurring Costs, Non-Recurring Costs, Disruption and Non-Conformances.
