Our client has an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join them on a 6 month contract with possible extension. We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented HR Advisor to support the HR Business Partners in ensuring HR policies are applied and HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently. In this role, your primary focus will be providing reliable HR procedural guidance across the business area, taking administrative ownership of the employee lifecycle, and ensuring absolute data integrity within our HR systems.
Location: Broughton, Flintshire - fully onsite
Hours: 35 hours per week
Clearance: BPSS to start, SC to follow
Hourly Rate: £28.09 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
What you'll be doing:
- Support HRBPs by coordinating the logistics and timelines for standard annual campaigns (e.g., salary reviews, performance reviews, and bonus processing).
- Serve as the key focal point for Workday and SAP transactions.
- Manage and execute all data entries throughout the employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding).
- Maintain and distribute regular HR data.
- Track and compile standard metrics (such as absenteeism and headcount) to help HRBPs identify trends and risks.
- Organise and prepare HR reviews, ensuring quality and timely inputs from managers.
- Support case management meetings, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Act as the first point of contact for arranging and supporting initial medical capability meetings.
- Take part in recruitment activities and process formal job offers in the system as required.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in HR
- Previous experiences in using Workday and / or SAP is desirable.
- Proficiency in Google applications for managing data lists and basic reporting is desirable.
- Ability to build relationships with different stakeholders is essential.
- Highly organised with a strong preference for routine, structure, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to remain agile and adapt to shifting daily priorities.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent standard of communication with a strong ability to build trusted relationships.
- High level of self-awareness and strong interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
