Experienced Refrigeration & Chiller Engineers - Commercial & Semi Industrial
Base Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 basic, scalable salary dependant on experience (40 hrs, door-to-door)
UK-leading refrigeration, air conditioning & heat pump service provider is looking for experienced Refrigeration & Chiller Engineers to work across the food manufacturing sector.
Role:
- Service, maintenance, F-Gas compliance and working on different manufacturers package air cooled chiller units (York/Trane/ICS/MTA/Daikin/Hitema) as well as walk in cold rooms / freezer systems
- Reactive and planned works
- General PPM tasks
Requirements:
- Proven commercial / semi-Industrial process refrigeration experience and also different manufacturers package air cooled chiller unit experience (min 4 years)
- Electrically confident to be able to safely isolate, interpret wiring diagrams, with the intention to fault find on both low voltage control circuits (240vac/115vac/24vdc/24vac) and medium voltage (400/3/50) power supplies
- General understanding of system hydronics – not essential but would be good to have
- General understanding of control systems – not essential but would be good to have
- F-Gas qualified
- Working within the Food manufacturing sector experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Occasional working away
Package:
- Base Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 basic, scalable salary dependant on experience (40 hrs door to door) + OTE
- Overtime x1.5, Sundays & Bank Holidays x2
- Minimum £5k annual bonus potential - KPI based, non-capped, paid quarterly
- On-call allowance 1 in 6 @ £200 + overtime
