The Sales Support Administrator (UK & International) is a key member of the Sales team, providing essential support across both UK and International sales operations. The role covers customer service, order processing, quotations and sales administration, ensuring customers receive a consistent and high-quality experience.
The role supports two distinct areas of the business. The UK operation involves a larger sales team and high-volume order processing, while the International operation involves more complex export orders, quotations and associated documentation. You will work across both areas, with work allocated based on business priorities.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly to different ways of working, and is comfortable switching between high-volume transactional tasks and more detailed, complex administration. You will play an important part in keeping the sales function running smoothly, supporting colleagues and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information.
You will communicate confidently with customers and colleagues across multiple channels, using your initiative to resolve issues, manage priorities and keep work progressing. A key part of the role is building strong relationships across the business and contributing to continuous improvement in how we work.
You will communicate with customers via telephone, email and, where required, face-to-face or virtual meetings. You will also develop a strong understanding of Lindy products in order to support customers effectively and resolve basic queries at first point of contact wherever possible.
If you have experience in customer service (face-to-face or remote) or a sales administration background with strong attention to detail and accuracy, this could be the next step for you.
