Our mission is to power biology's century with radically faster, more reliable clinical trials. Every new treatment needs clinical trials to prove safety and efficacy, but today's infrastructure is stuck in the past, driving up cost, causing delays, and ultimately meaning new treatments don’t get to patients. We are fundamentally changing that, not just being a "better CRO," but transforming how people think about developing new treatments, so patients can access breakthrough treatments faster.

Since March 2021, we have powered 100+ clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients. We recently raised a $55M Series B from Balderton Capital, alongside backing from Creandum, Firstminute, Seedcamp, and Visionaries.

When you join us, you’ll experience high-impact, mission-driven work, fast-paced growth & ownership, and a collaborative, no-ego culture.

About The Role: We are hiring a VP of Product to own the product strategy and roadmap for Lindus Health and to build and lead our product management function. You will report to the CPTO and work in close partnership with engineering, commercial, and clinical operations teams. This is a senior leadership role with real authority: you will own prioritisation, lead discovery, manage the PM team, and be accountable for product outcomes – not just outputs.

Clinical trial software comes with real constraints — regulatory, technical, and operational. We want someone who treats those constraints as a creative challenge, can spot high-leverage opportunities within a live, operating product, and who finds satisfaction in meaningful iteration as well as building something new. The role is hybrid, based in our London headquarters, with relocation package and visa sponsorship options for candidates outside London. After onboarding, we expect in-office presence at least twice a week.

About You:

  • 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing PMs and product designers
  • Track record owning and delivering a product roadmap in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communicator and motivator, able to engage stakeholders across the business
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering in a compliance-and-speed demanding environment
  • Strong intuition for good UX through hands-on product management on user-facing products
  • Unbounded curiosity about the future of human health and the role clinical trials play in it
  • Bonus: Experience in a regulated industry (health tech, clinical trials, fintech, etc.) or prior exposure to clinical trials
  • Bonus: Use of AI tools in product practice, with a record of thoughtful AI product decisions

We believe you belong here if your experience and interests align with the abovementioned values.

What You’ll Focus On:

  • Lead our Product function through growth from Series B to Series C and beyond
  • Drive product strategy with the CPTO and senior stakeholders
  • Own the roadmap for Citrus, our end-to-end trial delivery platform
  • Shape product discovery and development processes, setting high product management and design standards
  • Manage our 5+ person Product organization, support career development, oversee design, and recruit for growth

What does success look like for you at the end of 2026:

  • Cross-company alignment and clarity on product capabilities and direction
  • The demonstrated capabilities of Citrus allow us to close increasingly bigger deals and deliver more complex trials, especially in phase 2 biotech

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary plus meaningful equity
  • £1,000 annual learning & development budget
  • 39 days annual leave (30 days PTO + 8)
