About Lindus Health: We are powering biology's century with radically faster, more reliable clinical trials. Every new treatment needs clinical trials to prove safety and efficacy, but today's infrastructure is stuck in the past—driving up cost, causing delays and ultimately meaning new treatments don't get to patients. About the Role: Lindus Health is looking for a Senior Data Manager to support a diverse range of clinical trials. As a Senior Data Manager, you will be part of the deployment team that designs, configures, and launches new trials on Citrus, our end‐to‐end trial delivery platform. This is a unique opportunity for someone with extensive data management expertise who also enjoys contributing to product development.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience developing systems and procedures to store, organise, validate and manage clinical trial data, in an academic or commercial setting.
- Thrives in a startup environment that challenges the norms of typical CROs.
- Enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team that includes clinical and technical collaborators as well as sponsor representatives.
- Brings creative thinking, attention to detail and empathy for patients to data management, using these skills to ensure the highest quality trial outcome.
- Bonus: Experience with CDISC standards such as SDTM.
- Has high agency and a bias for action.

What You'll Focus On:
- Become an expert on the electronic data capture (EDC) capabilities of Citrus, our end‐to‐end trial delivery platform.
- Act as the data management lead for multiple trials at a time, from early design to closeout.
- Ensure the highest quality outcome data for a trial from an early design stage by advising sponsors and study teams on all aspects of data management.
- Create and contribute to trial design documents such as data management plans.
- Design CRFs and questionnaires to collect the highest quality data in the most efficient, accurate and user‐friendly way.
- Develop processes to test the trial implementation and support clinical operations in providing evidence of robust user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support ongoing live trials with expertise on data‐related concerns, such as data queries, data cleaning and change control for the trial design.
- Provide data extracts and reports to clinical operations for ongoing central monitoring of the data.
- Develop and support processes during trial closeout, such as data cleaning, preparation and transfer.
- Collaborate with the product team to make data management within Citrus easy and efficient.
- Advise others across the company on the use of data standards such as CDISC SDTM, ADaM, SAS.
- Mentor more junior members of your team.
