Our mission is to power biology's century with radically faster, more reliable clinical trials. Every new treatment needs clinical trials to prove safety and efficacy, but today's infrastructure is outdated, driving up costs and causing delays. We are fundamentally changing that, transforming how people think about developing new treatments so patients can access breakthrough treatments faster. Since March 2021, we have powered over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients.

What it's like to work here:

  • High-Impact, Mission-Driven Work: Lindus Health is disrupting an outdated industry, giving you the chance to directly improve patients’ lives and see tangible results from your work.
  • Fast-Paced Growth & Ownership: We recognise hard work and outcomes over anything else. You’ll take on real responsibility, work across different areas, and actively shape the company’s success.
  • Collaborative, No-Ego Culture: Work with smart, driven people in a supportive and informal environment. At Lindus, we break down silos, fun is a core value, and creativity is encouraged.

About the role:

We are looking for a Data Manager to support a diverse range of clinical trials. As a Data Manager, you will be part of the deployment team that designs, configures, and launches new trials on Citrus, our end-to-end trial delivery platform. This is a unique opportunity for someone with data management expertise who also enjoys contributing to product development. You’ll be collaborating closely with our product team to make data management within Citrus easy and efficient.

About you:

We’d like to hear from you if:

  • You have 3+ years of experience developing systems and procedures to store, organise, validate, and manage clinical trial data, in an academic or commercial setting.
  • You thrive in a startup environment that challenges the norms of typical CROs.
  • You love working in a multidisciplinary team that includes clinical and technical collaborators as well as sponsor representatives.
  • You bring creative thinking, attention to detail, and empathy for patients to data management, ensuring the highest quality trial outcome.
  • Bonus: You have experience working with CDISC standards such as SDTM.

What you'll focus on:

  • Become an expert on the electronic data capture (EDC) capabilities of Citrus.
  • Act as the data management lead for multiple trials at a time, from early design to closeout.
  • Trial design: Ensure the highest quality outcome data for a trial by advising sponsors and study teams on all aspects of data management.
  • Trial setup: Design CRFs and questionnaires to collect the highest quality data efficiently and accurately.
  • Trial delivery: Support ongoing live trials with your expertise on data-related concerns, provide data extracts and reports for ongoing central monitoring, and develop processes during trial closeout.
  • Product development: Collaborate with the product team to make data management within Citrus easy and efficient.

What we offer:

  • Make an impact across all areas of our business.
  • Competitive salary, plus meaningful stock options.
  • Flexible working.
  • Unlimited holidays; everyone is encouraged to take off at least 28 days each year.
  • £60 monthly wellness allowance with complete flexibility on how to spend this.
  • Access to gym and retail discounts through our benefits platform.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave - 16 weeks full pay for primary caregiver & 6 weeks full pay for secondary caregiver.
  • Regular whole company and team events, both in person and virtually!
  • £1,000 Learning and Development allowance each year.
  • A well-stocked pantry and drinks fridge, Monday breakfast spread, and catered team lunch on Thursdays.
  • Regular charity events and fundraising opportunities.

Our interview process includes an initial conversation with our Talent Team, a second call with a member of our Clinops team, a functional interview with two team members, and a values interview with two team members.

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We evaluate all candidates based solely on their skills, experience, and qualifications relevant to the role.
