Senior Data Manager

Since our founding in March 2021, we have helped run over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients, achieving a customer NPS of 100.

Lindus Health is looking for a Senior Data Manager to support a diverse range of clinical trials. As a Data Manager, you will be part of the deployment team that designs, configures, and launches new trials on Citrus, our end-to-end trial delivery platform. This is a unique opportunity for someone with extensive data management expertise who enjoys contributing to product development. You will collaborate closely with our product team to make data management within Citrus easy and efficient.

We’d like to hear from you if:

• You have 4+ years of experience developing systems and procedures to store, organise, validate, and manage clinical trial data, in an academic or commercial setting.
• You thrive in a startup environment that challenges the norms of typical CROs.
• You love working in a multidisciplinary team that includes clinical and technical collaborators as well as sponsor representatives.
• You bring creative thinking, attention to detail, and empathy for patients to data management, ensuring the highest quality trial outcome.
• You have line management experience and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Bonus: You have experience working with CDISC standards such as SDTM.
• You have high agency and a bias for action.

What you’ll focus on:

• Become an expert on the electronic data capture (EDC) capabilities of Citrus.
• Act as the data management lead for multiple trials at a time, from early design to closeout.
• Ensure the highest quality outcome data for a trial by advising sponsors and study teams on all aspects of data management.
• Create and contribute to trial design documents such as data management plans.
• Design CRFs and questionnaires to collect the highest quality data efficiently and accurately.
• Develop processes to test the trial implementation and support clinical operations in providing evidence of robust user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support ongoing live trials with your expertise on data-related concerns, such as data queries, data cleaning, and change control for the trial design.
• Provide data extracts and reports to clinical operations for ongoing central monitoring of the data.
• Develop and support processes during trial closeout, such as data cleaning, preparation, and transfer.
• Collaborate with the product team to make data management within Citrus easy and efficient.
• Help the product team stay on top of the trial pipeline by capturing and prioritising new requirements for upcoming trials.
• Advise others across the company on the use of data standards such as CDISC SDTM, ADaM, SAS.
• Mentor more junior members of your team.
