Our mission is to power biology's century with radically faster, more reliable clinical trials. We are fundamentally changing the outdated infrastructure of clinical trials to ensure new treatments reach patients more quickly.

About the role: We’re hiring a Finance Director to lead our finance function through the next phase of growth. This high-impact role combines strong controllership and technical accounting with high-quality FP&A and commercial insight. You’ll ensure our numbers are audit-ready and our decisions are well supported while building foundations that scale.
We’d like to hear from you if:
- You are a qualified accountant with 8+ years of total experience in finance, accounting & FP&A roles.
- You have Big 4 (or equivalent) audit training and strong core accounting fundamentals.
- You have spent at least 3 years in finance roles at Series A - Series D startups/scaleups.
- You have proven ability to cover both controllership/technical accounting and FP&A/planning/modelling.
- You have a hands-on mindset with keen attention to detail.
- You can influence leaders and communicate clearly to non-finance audiences.
What you’ll focus on:
- Leadership & team development: Lead the finance function, manage a team, and provide coaching and mentoring.
- Financial control, reporting & audit: Ensure accurate financial statements and lead the annual audit process.
- Planning, forecasting & modelling: Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting, partnering with functional leads.
