The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We are currently looking for an experienced Gardener to join our Homes division on a permanent, part time basis. Initially, we are ideally looking for 3 days per week dropping down to fewer days during the Winter months. Your role will be to maintain the gardens of our Show House / Sales office, communal areas and stock plots. Our current sites are in Lincoln and Waddington and soon to be Scothern. Due to the travel involved, a full driving licence will be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Weeding / pruning of existing planting
  • Grass cutting & edging as required to communal areas, show houses & stock plots
  • Bark mulching / up keep of landscaped areas
  • Cleaning of paths / patios as required
  • Seasonal planting as required to the Show house / Sales office
