Overview

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with subcontract procurement, measures and payments
  • Assisting with cost management and valuations
  • Assisting with build estimates and variation costings
  • Working closely with the project delivery team members in successfully delivering our projects
  • Undertaking regular accurate reporting and forecasting as the project progresses
  • Assisting with preparation and submission of applications for payment to Clients / Client's Representative

There will be career opportunities within this position for the right candidate to progress. The ability to manage your own time and meet demanding deadlines is essential.

Full UK Driving Licence required. Experience of quantity surveying is preferred. Good communicator, methodical and conscientious. Team player.

We have a variety of clients in a range of sectors, including affordable housing, food, retail, education, commercial, industrial and health.

Position and Benefits
