Lindum Waste Recycling offers a skip hire and waste management operation from our dedicated recycling centre in Saxilby. We work hard to reduce the amount of waste that we send to landfill from our own construction and other activities, as well as those of our clients – currently recycling 99% of all of the waste we handle. We have a reputation for good value, excellent service and having a loyal customer base.

Lindum Waste Recycling are currently seeking a Part Time Administrator to join their small team based at Saxilby, Lincoln. Please be advised the site is not on a public transport route.

The role will be varied but will include dealing with incoming orders for skips from our clients and members of the public. This could be by telephone or email. Booking skips in for delivery and collection, taking payments (cash and card), assisting with invoice raising and processing. The site also runs a very busy weighbridge so strong communication skills are required as you will be speaking with drivers bringing waste onto the site.

The site runs 0700 – 1700 but hours on this role are flexible. Monday – Friday, 1000hrs – 1400hrs would be considered as would longer hours over less days. Please advise on your application your preference of shift pattern. Ideally, we are looking for a start date of w/c 29th June 2026.

This is a great opportunity to join an extremely friendly team working in a fast paced, busy environment. Experience of working within a waste recycling environment would be highly advantageous but not essential. Previous admin experience coupled with good IT and communications skills are a must have.
