Lindum Homes is the Group’s market house building division with a well-established and skilled workforce, producing high end, modern homes in Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area. We have earned a reputation for quality, individuality and attention to customer service.

We are currently looking for an experienced Gardener to join our Homes division on a permanent, part time basis. Initially, we are ideally looking for 3 days per week dropping down to fewer days during the Winter months. Your role will be to maintain the gardens of our Show House / Sales office, communal areas and stock plots. Our current sites are in Lincoln and Waddington and soon to be Scothern. Due to the travel involved, a full driving licence will be required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Weeding / pruning of existing planting
  • Grass cutting & edging as required to communal areas, show houses & stock plots
  • Bark mulching / upkeep of landscaped areas
  • Cleaning of paths / patios as required
  • Seasonal planting as required to the Show house / Sales office

Benefits include 31 days annual leave including Bank Holidays (pro rata), profit related pay, share option scheme, cash back health care plan, life assurance, contributory pension plus discounts at various stores and restaurants around Lincoln.
