Lindum Group is a family run business operating as a successful construction company since 1956. We provide a range of construction services from new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects to construction-related services such as plant hire, security, roofing and waste recycling. We currently have over 630 direct employees on our sites, in our workshops and company offices in Lincoln, Peterborough and York.

Our Lindum BMS (Building Maintenance Services) division specialises in new build and refurbishment construction projects up to £2m, as well as planned and reactive minor works and maintenance jobs in the Lincoln area and surrounding regions.

An opportunity has arisen for a Painter and Decorator to join our small team working on a range of projects from minor decorations to new build housing sites.

Candidates must be qualified with a Level 2 qualification in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent recognised qualification) and have previous experience undertaking domestic and commercial jobs. Spraying and wallpapering would be an advantage. A full driving licence is essential. A company van may be provided for work-related travel.

The ideal candidate will be friendly and professional with colleagues and clients, with good interpersonal skills to work efficiently alongside team members and other trades.

This is an employed role with competitive wage and benefits including mileage contribution, pension, profit related pay, employee share scheme, healthcare cash back plan and opportunities for further training, development and progression. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) plus overtime, working on sites in and around Lincoln.
