Lindum BMS is the Group’s Building Maintenance Services division, specialising in construction projects in the Lincoln and extended East Midlands region, as well as planned and reactive minor works and maintenance jobs. We have a variety of clients in a range of sectors, including affordable housing, food, retail, education, commercial, industrial and health. Lindum is a well-established local construction company with long-standing client relationships demonstrated by the fact that most of the projects we deliver are procured via direct negotiation with existing clients.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our BMS Projects team based in North Hykeham, Lincoln. The role will be working closely with our Bids team who secure new business for the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and completing PQQs (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires)
- Assisting with obtaining information for bid and tender submissions
- Completing customer surveys and supplier questionnaires
- Uploading and maintaining company information on customer and procurement portals
- Obtaining specific information from delivery teams to produce case studies / project profiles
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience essential
- Experience working with bids, tenders, or PQQs preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written communication skills
- Confident using online portals and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
- Professional and proactive approach to work
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working to deadlines, managing documentation, and supporting business growth through tender and bid submissions.
The role is full-time (Monday – Friday, 0830 – 1700hrs). Salary will be commensurate with experience, skill level and qualifications. Benefits include Group Personal Pension, profit related pay, employee share scheme and opportunities for further training, development and progression.
