How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate: In this role you will sit in the Revenue growth management (RGM) team which is key to our delivery of sustainable profitable growth and creating a ‘win win win’ for Lindt, our retailers, and our shoppers. We have a new expanded RGM team to implement our RGM Strategy and Activation Plans. We are now looking for an RGM Manager (12 month FTC) to support the RGM team in embedding RGM at Lindt through driving improved processes, developing tools and insights to enable value creation across the RGM levers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support RGM team in driving and embedding RGM capability within the organisation.
- Drive & Optimise RGM levers within Lindt UK, initially focusing on the following 3 RGM levers:
- Pricing: Support the RGM team in defining consumer pricing strategies and guidelines, by channel and customer, ensuring they are aligned to financial business objectives. Track and review in market pricing position & trends to identify opportunities & risks to our defined pricing strategies. Help define RRP’s and promotional pricing for new product development through data analysis.
- Promotions: Support the development of promotional strategies and guidelines, by channel and customer, ensuring they are aligned to our brand & product objectives. Collaborate with Sales & Finance teams to embed promotion evaluation into the promotion process to optimise future promotional plans. Support in embedding the new behaviours around Promax with Sales and Finance. Track and review external promotional landscape to optimise promotional guidelines and strategies.
- Mix management: Conduct analysis to identify opportunities to drive improved mix management at SKU, brand and customer level. Help bring mix management thinking to key processes including go-to-market and perfect store decisions.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Preferred:
- RGM/Commercial Strategy & Planning experience desired or ability to show experience/skill set through other functional role responsibilities.
- Strong numeracy and data interpretation skills with experience of dealing with large and complex data from multiple sources.
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of IRI/Nielson, Kantar and TPM tools (preference ProMax).
- Strong academic background, undergraduate degree (or equivalent) preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Be inquisitive, have attention to detail, be confident, be a self starter, be driven for results.
- Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
How you will be rewarded financially:
Internal: Level 2.1. In addition to salary, for the Revenue Growth Manager position - this will be between £45,000 - £50,000 (pro-rata), you will receive a benefits package including; car allowance, bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowance; chocolate give-aways, chocolate discount, £100 personal incentive, birthday day off and so much more!
