Lindt UK is seeking a Head of Category Management to lead the Category Management function from its Richmond Upon Thames base, with a hybrid work model (60% in the office, 40% WFH). You will define the Category Vision, build retailer partnerships and drive multi-channel execution.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing and RGM to deliver integrated plans, translate insights into strategies, and elevate distribution, availability and shopper conversion across Grocery, Online and emerging channels.
