Role Overview: Join the Revenue Growth Management team to lead and implement the RGM strategy and activation plans for Lindt Boxed and Seasonal portfolios, driving sustainable profitable growth for Lindt, retailers and shoppers.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing & Range Architecture: Lead consumer pricing strategy development and guidelines across branded portfolios by key channels and customers, aligning with business objectives. Develop insights on consumer willingness to pay, category knowledge and price elasticity to support pricing strategy and provide optimisation actions. Identify risks and opportunities for defined pricing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on developing PPA opportunities, identifying white space and building business cases. Define RRP’s and promotional pricing for new product development through data analysis.
- Promotions: Develop promotional strategies and guidelines by channel and customer, ensuring alignment with brand and product objectives. Drive promotional effectiveness of spend, including post-event analysis and implementation of actions in the market. Track and review external promotional landscape to optimise strategies and guidelines.
- Mix Management: Create strategies to improve mix management by identifying action plans to optimise. Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to implement mix improvement actions. Track implementation of mix management initiatives.
- RGM Analytics & Insights: Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience in price and promotional modelling tools. Self-sufficient in pulling, cleansing and reviewing numerous data sources. Proficient with external EPOS, shopper data and internal financial/P&L; knowledge of TPM systems. Project management skills and proven experience. Expertise in PowerPoint and ability to produce visually compelling presentations. Create metrics for success, track progress and develop mitigation plans. Upskill broader commercial teams to partner with the implementation of RGM initiatives.
