How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate
The Procurement Solutions Manager will lead and optimize the end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process, leveraging digital procurement tools and SAP technologies to drive efficiency, compliance, and speed. Ensuring seamless execution from Purchase Order (PO) request through payment while advancing scalable, technology‑enabled procurement solutions. This role requires strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, VIM invoice processing, eAuctions, and continuous improvement of procurement solutions through automation and analytics.
Where you’ll be based
This role will be based at our Head Office in Richmond Upon Thames. (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including raising Indirect Goods and Services Purchase Orders, goods receipt and invoicing processes.
- Configure, optimize, and support VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) for automated invoice capture, matching, exception handling, and approvals.
- Process Optimisation & Efficiency: Design and implement streamlined, efficient, and scalable business processes that align with organisational goals and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate the documentation and communication of process modifications, ensuring they are consistent with organisational objectives.
- Monitor and review service levels and KPIs, ensuring continuous alignment between business priorities and IT capacity.
- Create a suite of Procure to Pay reports and dashboards for issuing across the organisation.
- Manage eAuctions and digital sourcing tools (COUPA) to drive cost savings, transparency, and supplier competitiveness.
- Advise Procurement teams on auction strategy, setup, execution, and post‑event analysis.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, workflows, and analytics to improve speed and scalability of the P2P process.
- Implement best practices in touchless invoicing, straight‑through processing, and supplier self‑service.
- Track KPIs such as cycle time, invoice automation rate, exception rate, and user satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements.
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Stay current on P2P technology trends and recommend innovations to advance procurement capabilities.
Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), procurement operations, or with procurement systems.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA (P2P‑related modules), VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and invoice automation.
- Practical experience supporting or executing eAuctions and digital sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of procurement, accounts payable, and financial controls.
