How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate: We are looking to hire a Master Chocolatier to join our highly experienced team at our flagship store in the iconic Piccadilly location. This store is a chocolate heaven and immersive experience. You will be guided, work alongside, and learn everything there is to know about chocolate from our Master Chocolatiers. As a genuine ambassador for the brand, you will drive in‑store sales by personalising chocolate in front of customers and building their loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Temper chocolate and prepare in‑store custom chocolate products for consumers daily.
  • Take care of the Maître counter and check product freshness.
  • Ensure and comply with all food health and safety and quality requirements.
  • Act as Lindt brand ambassador and chocolate expert by demonstrating expertise and selling quality products.
  • Differentiating Lindt from the competition and delivering the ultimate brand experience in store through showcasing our craftsmanship and expertise.
  • Create an exclusive experience to demonstrate the art of chocolate making at Lindt.
  • Serve as a primary contact for retail store staff in addressing product‑related questions and concerns; ensure important issues are escalated and addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Support and participate in chocolate education & demos showcasing Lindt’s craftsmanship and expertise with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Effectively articulate the Lindt quality difference to our customers and key stakeholders.
What Experience You Will Bring:
  • Strong passion for premium chocolate and great attention to detail.
  • Some experience working with chocolate or confectionery, with a passion to learn all things chocolate from our Master Chocolatiers.
  • Completion of a Baking and Pastry Arts programme would be ideal but is not essential.
  • Previous experience in the CPG industry, preferably in retail or foodservice.
How You Will Be Rewarded:

Internal Level 1B. The salary range for the Master Chocolatier position is £32,000 - £40,000.
