In this role you will report directly to the Head of Tesco, you will be a key member of the Tesco Business Unit. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the Easter, Bars & Snacking categories in Tesco while leading the Booker and One-Stop strategy, through the direct line management of a NAM. This role requires that customer needs, company sales objectives and profitability goals are achieved through building customer plans that enable a framework of growth over the next 1-3 years. The individual will also be a key member of the seasonal Easter cross-functional team, as part of this team you will help shape the strategy for the long-term growth of our seasonal business.

Where you’ll be based: This role will be based in Richmond Upon Thames, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Key Accounts
  • Develop credible and strong relationships across the customer base and with key internal influencers to agree and execute Joint Business Plans in line with agreed Tesco’s sales plans
  • Develop deep understanding of Tesco and networks within the organisation
