You will be joining a global, innovative leader of premium chocolate, operating in over 120 countries around the world. With its iconic market leading brands such as LINDOR & EXCELLENCE, Lindt is one of the few companies which controls every step of its chocolate production "from bean to bar", manufactured across 12 wholly owned production sites in Europe and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the Brand Manager, with a dotted line into the Senior Brand Manager, the Marketing Executive will support the team in the day-to-day management of the product portfolios & associated marketing activities.
  • Marketing Team General Day To Day Support
    • Support the team with preparation of high-profile meetings/presentations/big internal events (eg. MPD & Conference): Organise the logistics, room decorations and brand elements, creating great brand displays, organising mock-ups of new products, samples, competitors’ key products, etc.
    • Lead the organisation of internal product launches/employee engagement activities.
    • Support full Marketing team with any admin requests.
    • Manage office stock accurately (track, coordinate order, keep stock room tidy).
    • Answer to adhoc reporting requests from International Marketing or Marketing Director.
    • Presenting at the marketing induction (representing full team).
    • Champion for Bynder, DAM and CoPilot to support team.
  • Seasonal Specific Support
    • Support the SBM & BM’s in the execution of in Season innovation: Supports the development of new products through the Go-To-Market process (including supplier briefings, project proposal, relationships with factories & internal supply chain team, artwork management, press pass attendance).
    • Support the SBM & BM’s in the execution of in Season activations.
    • Coordinate any sampling activity (i.e. Hampton Court Palace) and manage fulfillment of competition prizes.
    • Centralise requirements from Sales for samples for merch centres, organise stock accordingly and send samples on time, in full as requested.
    • Manage the marketing allocation- stock levels, ordering stock and facilitating destructions sign off.
    • Creating digital barcode renders for both Seasons.
    • Ad hoc data pull and reporting (external or internal data).
    • Leading one Season’s project per year i.e. Christmas giant advent gift to buyers.
  • Digital (Seasons)
    • Responsible for digital asset management for both seasons across all platforms including Brandbank, Pathfinder, Salsify.
    • Lead relationship with Digital team to support with Organic Social across both seasons.
    • Work with Retail and the E-shop to make sure our seasonal brands are reflecting appropriately across all platforms.
    • General support with online activity reporting.
  • Competitor Watch
    • Create and maintain a digital competitor product library.
    • Source, label and photograph key pieces of competitor innovation per season.
    • Complete TEDDY and GOLD BUNNY competitor watch report for International.
    • Ongoing - Monitoring competitor marketing activity and share news and samples.

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience Preferred

  • Passion for Lindt.
  • Able to propose solutions to problems, regularly takes the initiative.
  • Well organised and methodical, able to multi-task and consistently meet evolving deadlines.
  • Enjoys being part of and contributing to a thriving team.
  • Good attention to detail and understands ‘premium’ (aesthetics, service, etc.).
  • Clear & effective communication skills.
  • Able to handle numerical tasks confidently and carry out Data Analysis (eg. tracking and reporting), experience with Circana preferred.
  • Digital environment experience preferred.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and wanting to get stuck in.
  • Willingness to learn, desire to succeed within Marketing function.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint, or another online platform.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience within Marketing, preferred.

How You Will Be Rewarded Financially

Internal: Level 1. In addition to salary, for the Marketing Executive position - this will be between £28,000 - £36,000 (pro-rata), you will receive a benefits package including; bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowance; chocolate give-aways, chocolate discount, birthday day off and so much more!
