This role is based in Richmond Upon Thames, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%)
How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate
In this role you will make the complex simple for our business, and stakeholders, through unlocking the insights within our data suite. You’ll do this through your ability to synthesise large data sets alongside managing the embedded EPoS data agency resource, delivering both periodic and adhoc reports alongside presenting to our Commercial Leadership Team on latest performance, seasonal performance and burning platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide insights & analysis to enable high quality decision making across our business.
- Responding to adhoc business questions
- Producing periodic reporting that supports our business planning process
- Provide projections/forecasts on future market growth and dynamics
- Responsible for day‑to‑day management of external data providers (e.g. Circana & Worldpanel)
- Managing embedded agency resource
- Leading our data partners integration
- Creating a data democracy
- Ensuring that key performance data is available to a wide range of stakeholders across our business on a periodic basis
What Experience You'll Bring
- Comfortable working across all levels of a matrix organization
- Able to make the complex simple and understood
- Comfortable working with large and complex data sets
- Compelling communicator and presenter who can tailor messages depending on audience
- Experienced in managing external data agency workloads and day‑to‑day relationships
- Comfortable in designing needs‑based Excel & Power BI solutions
- Experienced with working with EPOS and shopper data suppliers (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, etc.)
How You Will Be Rewarded
For the Market Insights Manager position, the salary range is £50,000 - £62,000. In addition, you will receive a benefits package including bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowance; chocolate give‑aways, chocolate discount, birthday day off and so much more!
