This role is based in Bicester Village Store and is a 0 hours casual contract.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Role
- Work with team and Management to achieve set store targets
- Be committed to working hours/working pattern
- Provide excellent standard of customer service
- When in work always have a can-do attitude
- Have good working relationships in store and be part of the team
- Greet customers
- Accurately processing transactions through the till
- Upsell and add on items as well as offering alternatives
- Effectively manage queues
- Support team with the Sampling of products and introducing customers to our Loyalty program
- Comply with company Health and Safety policy and procedures, and take associated actions to ensure a safe working environment for all
Delivery / Stock / replenishment Role
- Work with team and Management to achieve set store targets
- Be committed to working hours/working pattern
- When in work always have a can-do attitude
- Have good working relationships in store and be part of the team
- Comply with company Health and Safety policy and procedures and take associated actions to ensure a safe working environment for all
- Processing deliveries efficiently
- Keep stockroom organized and rotated
- Keeping shop floor fixtures full
- Clear communication to management regarding low levels / sell outs
VM / Gift Specialist Role
- Work with team and Management to achieve set store targets
- Be committed to working hours/working pattern
- When in work always have a can-do attitude
- Reactive positively to change in pace
- Have good working relationships in store and be part of the team
- Comply with company Health and Safety policy and procedures, and take associated actions to ensure a safe working environment for all
- Support team in ensuring store always looks presentable and shoppable
- Build gifting to company guidelines
- Monitor Gifting levels, best sellers and react appropriately
What experience you’ll bring
- Proven experience within a retail organisation is preferable, as is a genuine love of all that a career in retail has to offer
- A highly motivated self-starter, with a drive for results
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships internally and externally
- An infectious can do attitude – ready to try new things and enthuse everyone you meet
