This store is a “chocolate heaven” flagship store as well as an immersive experience. Here you will be guided, work alongside and learn everything there is to know about Chocolate from our Master Chocolatiers. As a genuine ambassador for the brand, you will help to drive instore sales by personalising our chocolate in store, in front of customers. You will spread your passion and expertise by advising customers and building their loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesTemper chocolate and prepare in-store custom chocolate products for consumers dailyTake care of the Maître counter and check product freshnessEnsure and comply with all Food Health and Safety and Quality requirementsCreate an exclusive experience to demonstrate the art of chocolate making at LindtExplain the Lindt exclusivity and highlight our expertiseServe as a primary contact for retail store staff in addressing product-related questions and concerns; ensure important issues are escalated and addressed in a timely and appropriate mannerParticipate in demos and optimize selling opportunities, sales presence and consistency through education and the modelling of effective sales methodsDifferentiate Lindt from the competition through in-store store presence, unique product knowledge and added “cache”Responsible for explaining Quality control processes to the consumer; explain what differentiates Lindt’s quality standards from the competitionWhat experience you will bringStrong passion for premium chocolate and great attention to detailSome experience working with Chocolate / Confectionery but a passion to learn all things chocolate from our Master ChocolatiersCompletion of Baking and Pastry Arts program would be ideal but not essentialPrevious experience in CPG industry, preference for Retail or FoodserviceHow you will be rewarded financiallyFor the position of Master Chocolatier, the salary range is £36,000 - £40,000.
