An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Fast Track Sales Team. To support our continued growth, Lindström UK is seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Representative to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to engage with leads and prospects, present our services, and secure agreements to drive business growth.
You will play a vital role in the sales process by building strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with Lindström’s high standards of service.
The Role
- Conduct outbound cold calling and business-to-business communications, which may include generating appointments and leads for our Fast Track Sales team.
- Handle all inbound leads through various channels, including website, email, telephone, and others.
- Continuously build and update the Fast Track Sales pipeline.
- Close sales and meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Obtain renewal dates of prospects tied to contracts with competitors.
- Prospect for new business, including participation in strategic marketing campaigns.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate Lindström’s services to prospective clients effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Who are we looking for?
- The successful candidate must have previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or new business sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate and build relationships at all levels.
- High level of planning & organisational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft programmes and CRM systems.
- Able to present, promote, and demonstrate Lindström’s services to prospective clients effectively.
- You’ve got sales experience and a hunger for success.
- You’re a natural communicator who loves meeting new people.
- You’re organised, driven, and ready to own your territory.
- Full UK driving license (because you’ll be on the move!).
