The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (35 hours per week)

Reporting to: Family Partners

Job Type: Permanent

Your responsibilities:

  • A new opportunity for an experienced secretary with relevant experience, to join our Family department across Edinburgh and Glasgow.
  • This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to provide support to fee earners within our Family team.
  • The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy city centre office and delivering excellent customer service via telephone and email.
  • Daily tasks and duties include:
    • Timely and accurate completion of varied documentation and correspondence
    • Prompt and courteous handling of external and internal telephone calls
    • Assisting fee earners with administration and filing tasks
    • Providing overall support to the department and Firm in delivering excellent client care
